Description This PCN is being issued to address that Innodisk SATA 3TG6-P/3TS6-P/3TV6-P series products are going to upgrade product firmware. Summary of Change Please refer to the following firmware change list. Resolved the Ulink 9.0 Protocol NCQ-related issue. Resolved the continuous comreset issue. Resolved the abnormal count of the SMART C0 attribute Enhanced error handling mechanism for abnormal power events. Resolved the issue of empty writes occurring after TRIM operations. Implemented an error-handling procedure for system data program failures. Adjusted the eTLC endurance in TLC mode to 7,000 program/erase cycles. Optimized the host CMD response mechanism during table-building to improve system compatibility. Optimized the read retry mechanism to resolve potential performance degradation. Optimized the read retry mechanism for listed products with Innodisk NAND (96L/ 112L) These changes apply to the following firmware version updates*: A23A20 to A24A20 A23B20 to A24B20 A23A30 to A24A30 A23B30 to A24B30 A22222A to A24222A *DLMC is supported across the corresponding firmware version updates. | |

This PCN is being issued to address that the series mentioned below are going to adopt substituting on-board DDR4 IC due to the DRAM process technology advancement. This component substitution does not pose any potential risks to the SSD functionality and no additionality action is required from the user. All the standard PNs and customized PNs are affected by this change. The products with the new DDR4 IC will be implemented as a running change atier September 26th, 2024.
