The AiTRON 9D Series is designed for smart manufacturing solutions. It is powered by Intel® 12th/13th Gen Core™ processors, delivering both performance and reliability while offering rich I/O connectivity and flexible expansion options.

Designed for Continuous Industrial Operation

The AiTRON 9D Series is powered by Intel® 12th/13th Gen Core™ processors and supports up to 64GB DDR4-3200MHz memory. An M.2 2280 M-Key storage interface provides fast and responsive data access for industrial monitoring, device control, and system integration. Available in 10.1” to 21.5” TFT-LCD displays with projected capacitive touch, the series supports both Panel Mount and VESA Mount installation for integration into workstations, production equipment, and automation lines. The fanless thermal design helps reduce dust-related issues, while the wide operating temperature range of -20°C to 60°C allows operation in demanding industrial environments. The display incorporates a 7H capacitive touch panel for precise operation. The front panel features an IP66-rated narrow bezel aluminum design for protection against dust, moisture, and mechanical impact.

Integrated I/O and Wireless Connectivity

The AiTRON 9D Series provides a wide range of I/O, including USB 3.2 Gen1, USB 2.0, and 1GbE LAN, allowing connection with various industrial equipment and systems. It also supports optional Wi-Fi and 4G/5G wireless communication for flexible network setup. Both wired and wireless connectivity facilitate information exchange between field devices and management systems, meeting AIoT application requirements.

Enhanced Visibility in Industrial Environments

In industrial production environments, display readability may be affected by varying lighting conditions. To improve visibility, APLEX offers optional high-brightness LCD and auto-dimming functions for clearer viewing. Additional display enhancement options include optical bonding, anti-glare (AG), anti-reflection (AR), anti-fingerprint (AF), and anti-UV treatments to maintain clear and consistent screen readability.
