Cookies
We use cookies on our website. These small text files are stored on your PC by our server. They support the display of our website and help you navigate through it. Cookies collect data about your IP address, your browser, your operating system, and your internet connection. We do not link this information to personal data and do not share it with third parties. Under no circumstances do we use cookies to install malicious or spying software on your device. You can also use our website without cookies, which may result in some features and functionalities working only partially. If you wish to disable cookies, you can do so through specific settings in your browser. Please use the help function of your browser to make the necessary adjustments. You can manage online advertising cookies via the following links: http://www.aboutads.info/choices for the USA, http://www.youronlinechoices.com/uk/your-ad-choices for Europe, and http://optout.networkadvertising.org/?c=1#!/ (ad industry cookie opt-out page).
Provision of Paid Services
If you wish to use the paid services and offerings available on our website, we may need to collect additional data from you for billing purposes and for security reasons. This usually includes your name, a valid email address, and possibly your address and phone number, as well as other information depending on the individual case. It may also involve content that allows us to verify the accuracy of the provided data, such as your ownership of the stated email address. For legal reasons, we must ensure that you genuinely want to receive the offered services and that we can bill you properly. To secure your data during payment transactions, we use the SSL encryption standard, recognizable by the browser address "https://".
Collection of Access Data
The delivery and presentation of content through our website technically require the collection of certain data. When you access our website, these so-called server log files are collected by us or the web hosting provider. These log files do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about you or your person. The relevant information includes the website name, file, the current date, the amount of data, the web browser and its version, the operating system used, the domain name of your Internet service provider, the referrer URL (the page from which you transferred to our site), as well as the corresponding IP address. We use this data for presenting and delivering our content as well as for statistical purposes. The information helps in providing and continually improving our offerings. We also reserve the right to review the mentioned data retrospectively if there is a suspicion of illegal use of our services.
Contents and Services from Third Parties
The offerings on our website may also include content, services, and features from other providers that supplement our offerings. Examples of such services include Google Maps maps, YouTube videos, third-party graphic representations, or webfonts. Accessing these third-party services often requires the transmission of your IP address. This enables these providers to detect and store your user IP address. We make every effort to involve only those third-party providers that use IP addresses solely for content delivery. However, we have no influence on whether any third-party provider may store the IP address. Such storage may serve, for example, statistical purposes. If we become aware of storage processes by third-party providers, we will promptly inform our users of this fact. Please also note in this context the specific privacy policies of individual third-party providers and service providers whose services we use on our website. You will also find these in this privacy policy.
Newsletter
On the website of Rosch Computer GmbH, users are given the opportunity to subscribe to our company's newsletter. The personal data transmitted to the data controller during the newsletter registration depends on the input form used for this purpose.
We regularly inform our customers and business partners about our company's offerings via a newsletter. The newsletter of our company can generally only be received by the affected person if (1) the person has a valid email address and (2) the person registers for the newsletter distribution. For legal reasons, a confirmation email is sent to the email address registered by the affected person for the first time for newsletter distribution, using the Double-Opt-In procedure. This confirmation email serves to verify whether the owner of the email address has authorized receipt of the newsletter.
When registering for the newsletter, we also store the IP address assigned by the Internet Service Provider (ISP) of the computer system used by the affected person at the time of registration, as well as the date and time of registration. Collecting this data is necessary to later track potential misuse of an affected person's email address and thus serves the legal safeguarding of the data controller.
The personal data collected during the newsletter registration is used exclusively for sending our newsletter. Furthermore, newsletter subscribers may be informed via email if necessary for the operation of the newsletter service or related registration, such as in cases of changes to the newsletter offering or modifications to the technical framework. No personal data collected within the scope of the newsletter service will be disclosed to third parties. The subscription to our newsletter can be canceled by the affected person at any time. The consent to store personal data, which the affected person has given us for newsletter delivery, can be revoked at any time. Each newsletter contains a corresponding link to revoke this consent. Additionally, it is possible to unsubscribe directly on the data controller’s website or to communicate this to the data controller through other means at any time.
Contact Options via the Website
Our website contains, in accordance with legal requirements, information that enables a quick electronic contact with our company as well as direct communication with us, which also includes a general address for electronic mail (email address). If a data subject contacts us via email or through a contact form, the personal data transmitted by the data subject will be automatically stored. Such voluntarily provided personal data by the data subject to the responsible processing entity are stored for the purpose of processing or contacting the data subject. No transfer of these personal data to third parties occurs.
Personal Data
We collect personal data only to the extent and for as long as necessary for the use of our website, or as required by law, in accordance with data avoidance and data minimization principles. We take the protection of your personal data seriously and strictly adhere to applicable legal regulations and this Privacy Policy when collecting and processing personal data. When the purpose of data collection ceases to exist or the legal retention period has expired, the collected data will be blocked or deleted. Our website can generally be used without sharing personal data. If we do collect personal data – such as your name, address, or email address – this collection is voluntary. Without your explicit consent, this data will not be disclosed to third parties. Please note that data transmission over the internet is not always fully secure. Especially in email communication, the protection of data exchange cannot be guaranteed.
Server Log Files
Server log files consist of anonymized data that are captured when you access our website. This information cannot be used to identify you personally, but is technically essential for delivering and displaying our content. Furthermore, they serve our statistics and continuous optimization of our content. Typical log files include the date and time of access, the amount of data transferred, the browser and its version used for access, the operating system in use, the domain name of the provider you commissioned, the page from which you arrived at our offer (referrer URL), and your IP address. Log files also enable precise investigations in cases of suspected illegal use of our website.
SSL Encryption
Our website uses SSL encryption when transmitting confidential or personal content from our users. This encryption is activated, for example, when you submit inquiries to us via our website. Please ensure that SSL encryption is enabled on your side for such activities. The use of encryption is easy to recognize: the indicator in your browser's address bar changes from "http://" to "https://". Data encrypted with SSL cannot be read by third parties. Only transmit your confidential information when SSL encryption is active, and if in doubt, contact us.
Objection to Promotional Emails
As part of our legal obligation to provide an imprint, we must publish our contact details. These are sometimes used by third parties to send unsolicited advertising and information. We hereby expressly object to any unsolicited transmission of promotional material of all kinds that has not been explicitly authorized by us. We also expressly reserve the right to take legal action against unsolicited and unwanted delivery of promotional material. This applies in particular to so-called spam emails, spam letters, and spam faxes. We would like to point out that the unauthorized transmission of promotional material can involve violations of competition law, civil law, and criminal law. In particular, spam emails and spam faxes can lead to high claims for damages if they disrupt business operations by overwhelming mailboxes or fax machines.
Use of Google reCAPTCHA
To ensure adequate data security when transmitting forms, we in certain cases use the reCAPTCHA service provided by Google Inc. This primarily serves to distinguish whether the input is made by a natural person or maliciously through automated processing. The service includes transmitting the IP address and possibly other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google. The differing privacy policies of Google Inc. apply to this. For more information on Google's privacy policies, please visit http://www.google.de/intl/de/privacy or https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/
Use of Google AdSense
We incorporate advertisements from Google AdSense on our website. Google AdSense is a remarketing feature provided by Google Inc. It allows us to offer visitors tailored, interest-based advertisements. Cookies are used in this process. These text files stored on your computer generate information that makes you recognizable as a visitor, such as your IP address. Additionally, web beacons are used. These are invisible graphics that analyze the traffic on a website. All the mentioned information is transmitted by Google to its servers in the USA. In this context, Google denies the storage of personal data and the merging of IP addresses with other Google services. However, Google Inc. is not prevented from forwarding the information to third parties. You have the option to disable this remarketing feature. You can configure the necessary settings at the following website: http://www.google.com/settings/ads. By visiting http://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp, you can already prevent the storage of cookies. You can also achieve the same result through appropriate settings in your browser, which are explained in its help function. Without cookies, the display and functionality of our website may be limited. By using our web offering, you agree that Google will collect and process the data specified for remarketing as described above.
Google AdWords
We use an online advertising program of Google Inc. called Google AdWords on our website. In this context, conversion tracking is also employed. With this tool, Google AdWords sets a cookie on your PC when you arrive at our website via a Google ad. The cookie expires after 30 days. It does not enable personal tracking. If you, as a user, visit our website and the cookie is still active, it allows us, together with Google, to recognize that you clicked on the respective ad and were redirected to our page. A different cookie is assigned to each Google AdWords customer. Cookies cannot be tracked across the websites of AdWords customers. Data obtained through conversion cookies is used to compile conversion statistics for AdWords customers. As customers, we learn the total number of users who responded to our ad and then were redirected to a website tagged with a conversion tracking code. We do not receive any information that could personally identify you as a user during this process. If you wish to refuse the tracking procedure, you can deactivate the Google conversion tracking cookie via your internet browser. Please use your browser's help function for further information if needed. More details about Google's privacy policy can be found at http://www.google.de/policies/privacy/.
Use of Google Analytics
We use the web analytics service Google Analytics by Google Inc. on our website. This service uses cookies. These are text files that, when stored on your PC, allow an analysis of your user behavior concerning our website. The cookies generate information that is transmitted to a Google server. These servers are usually located in the USA but adhere to agreements for the use of the European Economic Area and truncate your IP address before transmission to the United States. Only in exceptional cases will the IP address be truncated after being transmitted to the USA. Google evaluates the transmitted information and provides further services for us as website operators within this context. The obtained IP address will not be combined with other Google services. You can block the storage of cookies on your device by adjusting your browser settings. However, this may result in restrictions in how the website is displayed and functions. Additionally, a browser plugin prevents the collection and use of the data generated by cookies. You can download it from the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de Learn more about Google's privacy policy and Google Analytics at: http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html or at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/.
Google Analytics Remarketing
We use the remarketing feature of Google Inc. on our website. With this function, we display tailored and interest-based advertisements to our visitors jointly with Google. Cookies are set on your computer. These are text files that recognize users when they revisit pages, making interest-based advertising possible across the entire Google network. Google denies collecting personal data in this context and states that it does not establish connections to other Google services according to their own information. You can disable Google's remarketing feature by adjusting settings at http://www.google.com/settings/ads. Additionally, the use of cookies can be deactivated via http://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp or by changing your browser settings. Please use the help function of your browser if needed. For more information about Google Remarketing and Google's general privacy policy, visit: http://www.google.com/privacy/ads/.
Google Maps Plugin
We use a plugin from the internet service Google Maps on our website. The operator of Google Maps is Google Inc., headquartered in the USA, CA 94043, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View. By using Google Maps on our website, information about your usage of this website and your IP address is transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the USA. We have no knowledge of the exact content of the data transmitted or its use by Google. The company denies in this context any connection between the data and information from other Google services and the collection of personal data. However, Google may transfer the information to third parties. If you disable Javascript in your browser, the execution of Google Maps will be prevented. However, you will also be unable to use the map display on our website. By using our website, you agree to the described collection and processing of information by Google Inc. For more details on Google's privacy policy and terms of use, please visit: https://www.google.com/intl/de_de/help/terms_maps.html.
Google Fonts
We use functions of Google Fonts on our website. These are provided by Google Inc., based in the USA, CA 94043, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View. Google Fonts enables the display of specially enhanced graphic fonts, thereby optimizing your experience on our pages. Details on data usage and privacy policies can be found at http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/.
Legal Basis for Processing
Art. 6 I lit. a GDPR serves as the legal basis for processing operations where we obtain consent for a specific purpose. If the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract, of which the data subject is a party—for example, in processing operations required for the delivery of goods or the provision of other services or consideration—such processing is based on Art. 6 I lit. b GDPR. The same applies to processing operations necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures, such as inquiries about our products or services. If our company is subject to a legal obligation that requires the processing of personal data, such as to fulfill tax obligations, the processing is based on Art. 6 I lit. c GDPR. In rare cases, personal data processing may be necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person. This would be the case, for example, if a visitor were injured at our premises and their name, age, health insurance data, or other vital information had to be disclosed to a doctor, hospital, or other third parties. In such cases, processing is based on Art. 6 I lit. d GDPR. Ultimately, processing operations may also be based on Art. 6 I lit. f GDPR. Processing based on this legal grounds applies when it is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by us or a third party, provided that the interests, fundamental rights, and freedoms of the data subject do not override such interests. These processing operations are particularly permitted because they have been explicitly mentioned by the European legislator. It is considered that a legitimate interest could be assumed if the data subject is a customer of the responsible party (Recital 47 sentence 2 GDPR).
Legitimate Interests for the Processing Pursued by the Controller or a Third Party
If the processing of personal data is based on Article 6 I lit. f GDPR, our legitimate interest is the conduct of our business activities for the benefit of the wellbeing of all our employees and shareholders.
Duration for which personal data is stored
The criterion for the duration of storing personal data is the applicable statutory retention period. After this period expires, the relevant data are routinely deleted unless they are still required for contract fulfillment or contract initiation.
Legal or contractual requirements for providing personal data; necessity for contract conclusion; obligation of the data subject to provide personal data; potential consequences of non-provision
We inform you that the provision of personal data is partly mandated by law (e.g., tax regulations) or may also arise from contractual agreements (e.g., information about the contractual partner). In some cases, it may be necessary for a data subject to provide us with personal data for the conclusion of a contract, which we then process accordingly. The data subject is, for example, obliged to provide us with personal data when our company enters into a contract with them. Failure to provide the personal data would result in the impossibility of concluding the contract with the data subject. Before providing personal data, the data subject must contact our Data Protection Officer. Our Data Protection Officer will inform the data subject on a case-by-case basis whether the provision of personal data is legally or contractually required, necessary for the conclusion of a contract, whether there is an obligation to provide the data, and what the consequences of non-provision would be.
Existence of Automated Decision-Making
As a responsible company, we refrain from automated decision-making or profiling.
Intellectual Property
The rights to intellectual property held by us - such as copyright for published objects created by us on our pages - remain solely with us. Duplication and/or editing and/or dissemination and/or any (other) exploitation of such objects (e.g., images, graphics, design, audio recordings, video sequences, programs, and texts) in other electronic or print publications are not permitted without our explicit written consent. To the extent that the rights to intellectual property belong to third parties, the explicit written consent of the respective rights holder (e.g., author, photographer, programmer, or other creator) is required.
Where content on our pages is not created by us, the intellectual property rights of third parties are observed. In particular, third-party content is marked as such. If you should still become aware of a violation of intellectual property rights, we kindly ask for a corresponding notice. Upon becoming aware of legal violations, we will promptly remove such content.

Liability for Links
We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites that are referenced by hyperlinks or similar connections, as we have no influence over such content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal content was not recognizable at the time of linking. A permanent content check of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of a legal violation. If we become aware of legal infringements, we will promptly remove such links.
