New Generation Medical Power Supplies: 700W & 900W Medical ATX Power Supplies

FSP Group, Mönchengladbach, 23.01.2025 - FSP Power Solution GmbH, a leading provider in the medical power supply industry, is pleased to introduce two innovative medical PC power supplies (PSUs): the 700W-ATX power supply FSP700M-70PB, V1, and the 900W-ATX power supply FSP900M-60PJ. Both ATX power supplies are designed for the high power requirements of medical applications such as CT, ultrasound, X-ray systems, and endoscopy.

The trend in medical technology follows our brain's tendency to process visual information predominantly over text. With the increase of visual engagement elements in medical devices, the demand for fast and optimized graphics cards has risen significantly. Intel responded with the ATX 3.0 platform, ensuring the stability of the entire computer system.

Our new products FSP700M-70PB, V1 and FSP900M-60PJ conform to this trend and follow the ATX Version 3.0, Multi-Rail 2.0 platform design for outstanding stability and speed. Peak current on 12V1 and 12V2 ensures suitability for CAD/CAM applications in medicine. The integrated DC/DC converter on the +3.3V and +5V outputs enhances load regulation and provides a stable voltage supply.

Certified according to the latest safety and EMC requirements (IEC 60601-1 Edition 3.2 and IEC 60601-1-2 Edition 4.1), the new 700W/900W medical power supplies achieve 80PLUS GOLD efficiency. This not only promotes energy savings for end-users but also extends lifespan and reliability.
