Built around the Intel® Core™ Ultra desktop processor (Series 2), this platform delivers higher efficiency, stronger performance, and expanded connectivity for industrial and edge applications. This new architecture reduces package power by up to 58% in typical workloads, allowing IPC and embedded system developers to create more energy-efficient, thermally optimized, and reliable products for space-constrained and demanding environments. At the same time, performance improves over the previous generation, with up to 6% faster single-thread and up to 14% faster multi-thread performance, supporting real-time control, edge analytics, and multi-tasking workloads. Additionally, the Intel® 800 Series chipset extends platform compatibility with up to 24 PCIe 4.0 lanes, 8 SATA 3.0 ports, and 10 USB 3.2 ports, providing industrial systems with superior scalability for I/O expansion, storage, and connectivity.
Micro-ATX for High-Performance Automation
GIGAIPC uATX-Q870A is designed for industrial automation in modern factory environments and other edge applications. Engineered for both performance and flexibility, uATX-Q870A offers multiple display outputs, 4 2.5GbE LAN ports, and a large 16 USB and 4 COM ports to support a variety of deployment requirements. It features an integrated AI NPU with up to 13 TOPS, with overall AI performance scalable up to 32 TOPS. Its strong system scalability makes it suitable for demanding applications such as high-end AOI, machine learning, AGVs, AMRs, and remote management.
Mini-ITX and Thin Mini-ITX for Space-Constrained Edge Applications
For space-limited deployments, GIGAIPC mITX-Q870A, mITX-H810E, and iTXL-H810A provide compact and practical platforms for a wide range of embedded and edge applications. Their small footprint, image-processing capabilities, and rich I/O design make these boards ideal for retail, medical, NVR, and IoT-driven applications such as self-service kiosks, vending machines, multimedia players, and all-in-one PCs. Among them, mITX-Q870A supports 4 independent display outputs, including HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort 2.1, USB Type-C, and LVDS, making it suitable for multi-display visual applications. mITX-H810E offers flexible connectivity with 1x 2.5GbE LAN port, 1GbE LAN port, and 6 COM ports for peripheral integration. Meanwhile, iTXL-H810A features a slimmer design and eight USB ports, enabling seamless connection to sensors, cameras, and other devices for interactive system solutions.
