System Technician (m/f/d) for PC assembly, RMA, and maintenance of the product backend

Your Tasks and Mission:

You love technology, understand how systems work together, and want every detail to be perfect? Then you are in the right place with us. We are looking for a dedicated System Technician (m/f/d) to build, test, maintain our industrial computer systems, and keep our technical backend running.
No field service – you will work on-site with our team in Wiesbaden.

Your tasks in detail:

PC Assembly & Hardware Testing

• Assembly and testing of industrial PCs and panel PCs
• Installation of motherboards, CPUs, RAM, SSDs, power supplies, and expansion cards
• BIOS configuration, functionality testing, and quality assurance
• System assembly according to customer specifications

RMA & Fault Analysis

• Inspection and processing of returns (RMA)
• Fault diagnosis at component level
• Replacement of defective parts, functional testing, and documentation
• Communication with manufacturers and suppliers

Technical Backend & Data Entry

• Maintenance of the product database and webshop backend
• Entry of technical product attributes, data sheets, and series information
• Support with internal testing, documentation, and technical processes

Your profile:

• Technical education or experience in the field of PC, IT, or electronic engineering
• Manual skills, systematic work, and attention to detail
• Experience with hardware diagnostics and system assembly
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Proficient with Windows, Excel, and ideally ERP systems
• Independent, precise working style and quality awareness
