ABOS is a user-friendly panel PC, which supports touch screen and push buttons. With three default buttons for start, stop and reset, it provides a quick and efficient response from direct operation. In order to be adapted to meet customers’ requirements, we also offer three self-defined buttons to implement the process that user created. However, equipped with emergency button and key switch are definitely a convenient design as well. The former is to ensure that when emergency situation happens, it can stop the processing immediately and the key switch is authorized to have the access control for security.

In addition, ABOS supports 1 x USB2.0 on the front panel for easy access. Optional aluminum left-right handle brackets and keyboard holder, which can adjust product position and users can complete tasks more accurately and is much more intuitive and convenient by real keyboard.

Features of the rugged ABOS Series

ABOS series is available in sizes 15.6” and 21.5” with 16:9 widescreen. Supporting 4 x USB 3.2, 2 x LAN, optional 2 x COM and optional 8-bit GPIO. It is rugged and durable by constructed of aluminum enclosure and stainless steel 316L I/O cover. The I/O cover is integrated with flexible swing arm mounting kit and has an advanced anti-corrosion ability. It gathers all the I/O cables together to improve environment management and is easy to configure as well. Moreover, ABOS featured with total IP65 waterproof enclosure to prevent water and dust ingress.

ABOS provides intuitive operation by equipping with push-buttons, integrates diverse functionalities to make it user-friendly, and is capable to reduce human error. Nevertheless, it can complete tasks accurately and effectively as well as enhancing productivity. With all the unique features, ABOS series is perfect for processing machines in smart manufacturing.
